Kungs
Artist ∙ Dance
In the span of two years, French DJ and producer Kungs went from posting bootleg remixes online to scoring international hits.
• He amassed millions of streams with his 2014 tropical house remixes of Bob Marley’s “Jamming” and Lana Del Rey’s “West Coast.”
• While still a teenager, Kungs released an official remix of “Are You With Me,” the 2014 global hit by Belgian DJ Lost Frequencies. Kungs’ version streamed in the millions and led to an opening tour slot with EDM superstar David Guetta.
• Kungs broke through in 2016 with another remix, “This Girl,” a horn-infused, party-starting update of a 2009 song by the Australian funk trio Cookin' on 3 Burners.
• “This Girl” went Top 10 across the globe and gave Kungs his first placement on the Billboard Hot 100.
