Luis Coronel is an American-born singer of romantic Regional Mexican music known for his contemporary bicultural sound and vintage fashion style.

∙ As a teen boxer, he recorded himself singing Horacio Palencia’s “Mi Niña Traviesa” in the ring after a bout, uploaded the video, and got thousands of likes overnight.
∙ His sophomore album, 2014’s Quiero Ser Tu Dueño, rose to No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart and No. 33 on the Billboard 200.
∙ The video for his 2014 hit “Tenerte”—depicting young love unfolding in a nostalgic ’60s drive-in parking lot—has close to 30 million views.
∙ Coronel won New Artist of the Year at the Latin Billboard Music Awards in 2014.
Ahora Soy Yo—his third album, featuring the hits “Tal Como Eres” and “Dime Qué Se Siente”—debuted at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart in 2017.
∙ In 2020, he celebrated his 24th birthday by releasing “Sólo un Poquito,” a banda track written for the occasion by award-winning songwriters/producers Edgar Barrera and Nir Seroussi.
