Albert ‘Ilawi Malawi’ Johnson, Legendary Selector, Drummer, Producer and Singer/Songwriter who would become my greatest influence. My father would summon almost 4 years old Hempress Sativa and older siblings to the ‘Control Tower to sing on the mic.

This song is personally dare to me as its one of those songs with the spirit of resilience. Whenever i listen I'm reminded firstly "No Retreat, No Surrender". That regardless of your circumstances, Situations or conditions lead with a bright outlook.

i have Toured the US, Mexico, Europe and the UK but i'm really looking forward to visiting Africa for the first time.
