Philippe Grisvard

Harpsichordist and fortepianist Philippe Grisvard is known not only for his performances and recordings but also for his expertise in the field of historical keyboard instruments. He is the principal harpsichordist of Ensemble Diderot and has performed with many other top French Baroque ensembles, as well as participating in operatic productions. Grisvard also performs as a soloist, and he has issued various albums in that role. One of those, Berlin Harpsichord Concertos, was recorded with Ensemble Diderot and made classical best-seller lists in the summer of 2024.
