Lil AJ
Artist ∙ Hip-Hop/Rap
San Francisco-based rapper Lil AJ brings a tough and street-centric point of view to his somber and gritty music. The MC debuted in 2014 with the single "One Mob," which featured Husalah, Joe Blow, and Philthy Rich. The Lash Money mixtape arrived in 2015, headed by "One Mob 2." Bay Area artists like Boo Banga, the Jacka, Mozzy, and more made appearances on the album, returning the following year for the Don't Slip mixtape. The Lash Money sequel dropped the same year, and included guest turns from C4, Lil Blood, and Lil Rue. In 2017, the dark No Passes was released, adding members of Shred Gang and Bandgang to AJ's roster of collaborators. ~ Neil Z. Yeung
