Rapper SSG Splurge is a rising MC out of East Arlington, Texas, whose menacing trap music has transfixed the next generation of hip-hop fans.
• Splurge got into music at age 15, when he wrote a song to perform at his birthday party. The celebration got canceled, but he released the track anyway, and it became a local smash.
