This edition of Toolroom Records’ Family series arrived in celebration of “Make You Happy”—NY house legend Todd Terry’s February 2023 collaboration with Toolroom founder Mark Knight and electronic producer James Hurr. Like that track, Terry’s mix is carefully crafted to raise spirits and roofs alike. “House music makes you happy, and that is what I wanted from this mix—happiness,” Terry tells Apple Music. “Expect some big tunes from my sets and label that I am rocking currently, as well as some other big club bangers.
