For this crime-comedy caper, he taps into a retro Bollywood aesthetic that’s as nostalgic as it is toe-tapping. Buoyed by Varun Grover’s effervescent lyrics, tracks like opener “Yeh Ek Zindagi”, which channels Lionel Richie’s “All Night Long (All Night)”, and the euphoric “Bye Bye Adios” exude old-school charm via disco synths and trilling choruses.
