K-pop seven-piece NCT DREAM—an NCT subunit—started off as an all-teen group whose themes were firmly rooted in adolescence. But that all changed in 2020: Rather than graduating members when they turned 20 as a way of keeping the music teen-oriented, the seven members stuck together. The move proved a huge success, with their 2021 album Hot Sauce becoming one of the biggest South Korean albums in history. Arriving 10 months later, Glitch Mode, the second album featuring the same seven members, follows through on that success. All 11 tracks showcase different sounds and styles, and were co-produced by Benjamin 55, minGtion, and Dem Jointz, along with band members MARK, JENO, JAEMIN, and JISUNG.
