Live from Orensanz finds Taking Back Sunday unplugging, though the album is hardly a sedate affair from a band that built their career on massive shout-alongs. The acoustic, energetic read-throughs of "A Decade Under the Influence" and "MakeDamnSure" show that the group’s songs still explode even when stripped to their basics, while "My Blue Heaven" gets a baroque, string-laden makeover, and the soaring crowd noises on favorites like "Cute Without the ‘E’ (Cut from the Team)" provide their own electricity.
