Seven years later, Rolling Papers 2 finds Young Khalifa so established atop the rap heap that the album doubles as a showcase of his most beloved collaborators. The 25-track album features names like Gucci Mane, Swae Lee, and Ty Dolla $ign, as well as multiple appearances from R&B duo THE MXXNLIGHT and a verse from slain Pittsburgh rapper Jimmy Wopo. Between guests, Wiz remains every bit the lovable stoner fans fell in love with years ago, distilling his longevity in the chorus of the title track: “I’ma roll it, roll it, I’ma light it, light it/When it’s time to make a change I ain’t gon’ fight it, fight it.”
