Amit Trivedi and Tanishk Bagchi team up on the soundtrack for Raid with production duties split evenly, with the former taking the original compositions and the latter the classic covers. Sukhwinder Singh’s high-octane “Black” has the impact of a hero’s anthem that’s packed with attitude, contrasting with Papon’s sombre rock ballad “Jhuk Na Paunga”. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan steps in for the reinvention of the warm, dreamy “Sanu Ek Pal Chain” and “Nit Khair Manga”—both made famous by his uncle Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.
